A Cabaret-Style Evening of Theatrical Fun

MOXIE Theatre’s cabaret-style evening of unconventional theatre fun is back! This year Ms.CAST will allow artists to embody their DREAM ROLES, for which they might not conventionally be cast. Performers will choose their own songs and define themselves rather than having the industry label them. Type be damned!

Welcome to Season 20!

In what is certainly the most ambitious season in MOXIE’s history to date, we’ll take a wild ride from the sands of ancient Egypt to the absurdist world of a debt collection agency, and we’ll travel back and forth from a teenagers’ treehouse in 2008 Miami and a home in Civil War Era Massachusetts. And through it all we’ll wonder, do I belong here? What does it mean to be a part of the group, to be welcomed and accepted as your authentic self? In this pivotal moment in our history, as MOXIE grows into her adult years, we reclaim our stories and our individuality and proclaim proudly that everyone belongs here.

MOXIE Theatre’s cabaret-style evening of unconventional theatre fun is back with TWO performances, after last year’s sold out event!

This year Ms.CAST will allow artists to embody their DREAM ROLES, for which they might not conventionally be cast. Performers will choose their own songs and define themselves rather than having the industry label them. Type be damned!
